Guiding Your School Community through a Successful 1:1 Launch

Is your school ready to go 1:1? Or is your 1:1 program in need of an overhaul? Maybe you’re struggling with developing a shared vision for learning with technology? Or curious about how to cultivate a culture of learning in a tech-rich environment?  Do you wonder how you’ll hold the learning community at your school accountable in a tech-rich environment?

 

The past six weeks, we’ve been discussing topics that arise when implementing a 1:1 program at your school and how you can be successful in integrating technology into the classroom. If you are currently implementing a 1:1 program, or you are planning on implementing a 1:1 program at your school in the future, our past blog posts, YouTube Live discussions, and free resources are designed to help you get started in the process.

Our new course series, “Leading the Digital Shift: Technology for Leaders” was created just for you! This series of three online-learning courses was designed for the administrator looking to create authentic, meaningful learning experiences which deepen student learning through technology.

 

This 3 module course examines ways you can get your teachers and staff onboard as you all learn meaningful and purposeful ways to integrate technology in order to make a real impact on learning. While it’s recommended to take the modules together, they can be taken separately.

These courses are a blueprint for going 1:1 or being successful in technology integration in the classroom. All schools are unique and have different needs and wants, but the courses cover the critical steps to ensure this technology shift is sustainable.

 

Module 1: Leadership: Developing a Shared Vision of Technology for Learning

Each course has loads of resources, ideas, examples, and interviews with Assistant Superintendents and Technology Directors of public and private schools from all over the world.
