Hi! I'm Kim

After being an instructional coach in international schools for over 15 years, I’ve spent the last decade supporting coaches and school leaders in developing a thriving coaching culture in their unique school setting.

In that process, I’ve learned that it takes more than just hiring coaches to make coaching successful. Both coaches and their school leaders need to be intentional and strategic in developing a coaching culture that is sustainable over time.

I think Kim and the creators at Eduro are mindreaders. Somehow they have managed to figure out exactly what I need and when I need it. When does The Coach Global Cohort start and finish?

The Coach Global Cohort 11 begins 28 Sep 2026. (You get access to the program content as soon as you register/purchase.) We follow all “standard” school holidays (including spring, summer, and autumn breaks). The official completion date for this cohort is 23 May 2027.

Are there any scheduled breaks during The Coach Global Cohort?

Yes! We follow all “standard” school holidays (including spring, summer, and autumn breaks). Apart from the official start date and official end date for the cohort, the break schedule is flexible to best suit your needs!

Our flexible “suggested break schedule” for cohort 11 is:

Fall Break: 19 – 25 October

Sem Break: 21 Dec – 10 Jan

Winter Break: 15 – 21 Feb

Spring Break: 5 – 18 April

If your school breaks are different to these ones, you are free to change when you take a well-earned break!

How long do I have access to The Coach content?

How much time does the program take each week?

What technology tools are used to communicate in the Program?

Can I get Clock Hours and/or Continuing Education Quarter Credits for The Coach?

You can earn university credit, Professional Development Units (PDUs) or continuing education quarter credits (CEC) with our 3 learning partners: Southern New Hampshire University, Heritage Institute or Teachers College San Joaquin. You have the option to choose which meets your needs.

All options are an extra cost. All options require completion of the entire program and earning the course Certificate.

It is your responsibility to let your mentor know that you are interested in earning credits, PDUs or clock hours.

Please note: The Self Paced package does NOT offer the option for clock hours and/or continuing education quarter credits.

Do you offer Custom Cohorts for Schools?

Yes we offer custom cohorts for schools with your own content and timeline. Contact us for details.

What payment options do you have?

Contact us to find out more about payment plans, invoices, using school issued PD, organizing payments for more than one person.

Is there a set schedule for the program?

We pride ourselves on being flexible and supportive. We offer a suggested timeline for pacing yourself through the content, but we work with you to schedule your goals, deadlines, and breaks throughout the academic year.

Can I transfer my spot to someone else if my position changes?

Ideally, once you begin the program, you stick with it. We will customize the learning for you, so you can apply your experience inside the coach to your new position. However, if you leave your school, or specific expectations exist at your school once your position changes, you can transfer your membership for an additional transfer fee of $250. Please note: this is in addition to the program fee. Your payment for the Coach is non-refundable.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds for any digital content. We do always want to do our best to make sure you’re happy, so please make sure to reach out to us if you have specific questions anytime.
