You’ll get our Coaching Program Evaluation Playbook (as an editable digital document) so you can review your coaching program with the THRIVE Model for Coaching Success. Together, we’ll identify the gaps, and determine how you can bring your leadership to improve your coaching program.

In this package you get:

– 6 private, one-hour, one-to-one, real-time coaching sessions,

– 3 months of asynchronous support, and

– our Coaching Program Evaluation Playbook to guide you on your leadership journey between sessions.

By the end of the package you will:

– have clearly identified areas for improvement in your coaching program.

– recognize your current leadership capacity and exactly how you can leverage those skills to make a bigger impact.
